TrustedRide Support
TrustedRide is the app TrustedRiders use to accept rides, follow each trip and stay in touch with their coordinator.
For anything about a ride in progress, contact your coordinator first: open the ride and tap Chat, or use the call button in the chat.
Getting an account
Accounts are created by the organization you ride for. If you're a TrustedRider and don't have a sign-in yet, ask your coordinator to add you.
Forgot your password?
Ask your coordinator to set a new one for you. Coordinators can reset their own password from the "Forgot password?" link on the coordinator sign-in page.
Location sharing
TrustedRide shares your location with your coordinator only during an active ride. To check or change it, open Settings → Location & Tracking in the app. For background updates during rides, allow location access "Always" in your iPhone's Settings → TrustedRide → Location.
Not getting ride alerts?
Make sure notifications are on in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → TrustedRide, and that you're signed in.
